Company-specific sample

See what your carbon number
would look like.

Send one MTC, fuel slip, LIMS export, SAP extract, or utility bill. We'll return the factor used, assumptions made, source lineage, and the gaps an auditor or OEM will ask about.

Upload or send one source document.

Tell us the document. We'll process it and reply with the extracted factors, assumptions, lineage, and gaps.

What you receive

A sample report, not a free consulting engagement.

The sample report is a narrow proof point: one document, one facility, one carbon question. It shows how VantageHSG extracts the data, normalizes the units, applies factors, and flags what an auditor or OEM would ask next.

Normalized source record

The raw input is converted into structured fields: product, mass, energy, date, supplier, facility, and any moisture or assay values present.

Factor lineage

Every emission factor is version-pinned to ECCC, IESO, EEIO, CBAM, or a customer-provided source, with the exact period and unit basis shown.

Preliminary calculation

We show the Scope 1, Scope 2, or relevant Scope 3 estimate that can be calculated from the sample source, plus the assumptions that limit it.

Audit ledger view

The report includes source document, transformation, operator, timestamp, factor, and variance so the number can be traced back to its origin.

Best sample sources

Send the document that proves the hardest part.

The sample works best when it starts with a source that is painful, messy, and representative of your real workflow. A clean CSV is useful, but a scanned MTC, fuel slip, LIMS export, or SAP extract is better.

  • MTCs — product chemistry, mass, supplier, heat/batch, and moisture or assay values.
  • Fuel slips — natural gas, diesel, propane, and other combustion inputs with dates and units.
  • LIMS exports — lab assays, bath chemistry, scrap chemistry, and quality records.
  • SAP or ERP extracts — purchase orders, material movements, and production consumption records.

Sample report flow

  • 1Send one source · MTC, fuel slip, LIMS export, SAP extract, or utility bill.
  • 2We normalize the record · units, dates, product, mass, energy, supplier, and facility.
  • 3We calculate the number · factor version, scope, assumptions, and audit trail.
  • 4We send the report · what was calculated, what was inferred, and what a paid pilot would close.

Next step

If the sample works, move to a paid pilot.

The sample is a preview. The paid pilot turns the same pipeline into a repeatable process across one facility, multiple documents, and a defined set of success metrics.

Send us one source document.

We'll send back a sample carbon report with assumptions, factor lineage, and the exact next data needed to turn it into a paid pilot.
